The Parenting in Context Initiative focuses on integrating extension and research activities in the area of parenting education.
The goals of our project are to:
- provide research-based resources to educators working in the area of parenting education;
- develop new curricula and the enhance existing programs with research-based information;
- provide training and tools that can be used to evaluate parenting programs;
- assess within and across-state parenting programs to identify areas of potential collaboration and resource; and
- develop and maintain this website of resources for parenting educators.
In addition to these regular activities, we provide extension educators with useful, up to date information related to parenting education.
